Q: "How did you get cat scratch fever, Ben?"
A: "I discovered that one of my cats gave the disease to me."
Q: "Could you tell which cat gave you the disease?"
A: "With help from my doctor, I did. It was Mars Bar"
Q: "What were your symptoms, how did you feel?"
A: "Hmm. Well, I felt like I was going to die! I had a fever at 104 degrees, my right armpit's lymphnode was the size of a golf ball, my stomach hurt really bad, I threw up every time I ate, I missed about two weeks of school, and much, much more."
Q: "Did you take any medecine?"
A: "I did take medecine for a very short time but it was hurting my stomach. The medecine I took the most was REST. ZzZzZzZ..."

Q: "What was the cure?
A: "There was none, I just had to wait untill it went away."
Q: "How long were you sick?"
A: "Hmm, I got it in fifth grade, it started on New Year's Eve. I don't remember too well but I think it was about four months."
Q: "How did you know what you had?"
A: "My mom thought I had a cancer! She asked my doctor, we gave some clues, my doctor discovered that I had cat scratch disease."
Q: "Can you get it again?"
A: "As a matter of fact, yes I can. I can only get it again if I am scratched by a cat when the cat has the disease."
Q: "Can't you treat the cat?"
A: "After researching, no you can't. You can either get rid of your cat or wash your scratches."
Q: "Do you know anyone else who has had it before?"
A: "My mom's friend's friend's daughter had it. The lymphnodes in her neck swelled up and she now has permanent brain damage."
"Well, thanks for letting me interview you, Ben."
